Expert advice, accompanying the food operators in a constant and daily way, can prevent much of the litigation of the food businesses.


Nevertheless, it is possible that legal action become inevitable: action to defend assets (to protect its own brands, its own patents, etc..), or to defend against official control decisions which you consider wrong, and against consequent sanctions; or to face judgments in which the operator is unjustly held responsible for violations never committed; actions against offense affecting the company; actions to face a risk of financial loss (e.g. a product recall not necessary, the loss of customers, the breaking of relations with suppliers, etc.).
